Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and available promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales paperwork accurately.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Meet individual and dealership sales goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Automotive Sales experience not needed!
- Professional Appearance
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced everchanging environment
- Basic Computer Skills
