Responsibilities
This position is responsible for performing start to finish cleaning and sanitation of pro duction lines. Also, disa ssembling and assembling equipment for the purpose of cleaning and inspection. This position will support Operations and run productions lines when sanitation is not required .
Accountabilities :
- Safety 1 st . Follow all workplace safety rules.
- Participate from start to finish in sanitation of production lines and maintain sanitation completion time per the Master Sanitation schedule.
- Clean equipment as described by SSOP and to USDA standards .
- Participate in d isassembl y and reassembl y of equipment , with or without guidance .
- Follow and execute cleaning schedules/requirements .
• Ability to communicate problems or issues to production leadership to address concerns of product waste, quality or employee safety .
