Responsibilities
Position Overview
Join our 10-week program in the Bob Evans Farms Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Summer Intern and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies. This internship provides exposure to recruiting processes, candidate engagement, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing while supporting meaningful business initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Intern will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to help attract and hire top talent across the organization. In addition to Talent Acquisition-focused projects, the intern will participate in professional development opportunities, networking events, and a cross-functional intern project.
This intern will be r esponsible for positively impacting Bob Evan’s business and consumers by completing challenging and meaningful projects , both in the HR department as well as an overall intern project . Accountabilities
- Assist with recruiting activities for corporate and field-based positions.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support sourcing efforts through job boards, LinkedIn, university partnerships, career fairs, and talent databases.
- Conduct market research and develop partnership strategies to support talent pipeline development for manufacturing roles.
- Help enhance employer branding efforts through social media, recruitment marketing, and university outreach.
- Analyze and interpret recruiting data to identify areas for process improvements that support business goals.
- Assist with onboarding activities and new hire experience initiatives.
- Support special Talent Acquisition projects designed to improve hiring manager and candidate experience.
