THE ROLE: Join the global quality returns team as a Repair Operations Manager to support a rapidly growing new business. The role will include designing and implementing new repair processes and procedures along with managing the governance and oversight of our 3 rd party returns centers. This role partners with AMD inter nal stake holders to drive our Suppliers to mee t AMD quality and out put requirements. We are in search of an experienced operations manager with strong analytical, problem- solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful returns center management. THE PERSON: A strong comm unicator , creative problem solver , with a data centric mindset, cross-functional collaborat or , and deep understanding of reverse supply chain processes including inventory management, quality, materials management, m anufact uring opera tions, and planning. Must be self-directed and able to work in complex and dynamic ecosystems. Must be efficient in managing time and resources in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design and implement repair processes and procedures that adhere to internal policies and meet stakeholder requirements
- Provide oversight and governance of returns center processes and reporting
- Manage returns processes across a cross-functional / matrix organization
