System Test And Automation Architect
THE ROLE: AMD is looking for an influential software engineer who is passionate about improving the performance of key applications and benchmarks . You will be a member of a core team of incredibly talented industry specialists and will work with the very latest hardware and software technology. You will be building the product quality verification portfolio for the industry leading Network Infrastructure accelerators. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate should be passionate about software engineering and possess leadership skills to drive sophisticated issues to resolution. Able to communicate effectively and work optimally with different teams across AMD. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active contribution to the day-to-day activities of the System Test in an Agile environment
- Write Test plans and review it with all stakeholders to cover the scenarios comprehensively and execute efficiently .
- Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated test scripts
- Review and triage test failures and verify fixes
• Help customer reported issues by reproducing the issue locally, work with peer teams for faster resolution
