THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking a Strategic Transactions Paralegal to support the M&A fu nction with in the Corporate & Securities Legal team , with a primary focus on strategic transactions and in tegration . The role supports transaction documentation administration, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and post- closing integration . Working closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, the Strategic Transactions Paralegal helps ensure transactions and related legal processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, critical thinking, and strong project and time management skills. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, improve processes , and move work forward with urgency while protecting AMD’s interests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support M&A transactions , joint ventures, minority investments, acquihires , and other strategic transactions by maintaining deal checklists and data rooms, coordinating execution packages and closing activities, and tracking post-closing deliverabl e s.
- Support strategic projects by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, distributing documents, and tracking action items. </u
