Job Title: Associate, Manufacturing Engineer Job Code: 40075 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description:
• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
• Design develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes
• Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
Qualifications:
• To be qualified, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint
• Experience/training with AI tools to be used for systems engineering work, e.g., PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE design
• Experience/training with process flow mapping, PFEP, production material controls
