TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.
- Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.
- Ensure proper Quality Assurance (QA) practices and maintain all related documentation, records, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate calibration activities for measuring and inspection instruments and maintain accurate calibration records.
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external IMS certification audits.
- Prepare and maintain Management Review Meeting (MRM) documents, reports, presentations, and action trackers.
- Support supplier evaluation activities and conduct supplier audits whenever required.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensure compliance with IMS standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech Mechanical).
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech Mechanical).
- 0-2 years of experience in QHSE, IMS, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Integrated Management Systems.
- Understanding of quality documentation, internal audits, calibration systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
