Job Description Transform the Future of HR through AI We are seeking a highly motivated HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation for Global Human Resources function. This role will serve as the HR function's AI champion, identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and increase productivity through Generative AI, automation, analytics, and modern HR technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
- Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services, and operational processes.
- Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
- Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
- Establish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.
- Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
Qualifications • HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting; or • IT, Data Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting with HR Related project experience. Preferred Experience
• Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.

- Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS, or other HR technology platforms.
- People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.

- Challenges traditional ways of working and drives innovation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working across HR, IT, and business functions.
- Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset and strong ownership.
Additional Information The expected annual pay range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
