Located at Mercy Surgery Center SPRINGFIELD, MO FULL TIME

They excel at building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with patients, families, providers, and community partners. Successful Medical Navigators are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through every interaction.

MINIMUM Qualification s: Education: High school diploma. Licensure: Valid Driver's License Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position. Other: - Critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred Certifications: BLS preferred
