Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patients highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient. Position Details:

🏥 Patient Care Associate (PCA) - Med Surg ICU 📍 Mercy Hospital St. Louis 🌙 Day Shift (7am -7pm) Must work weekdays Part time and Full time available PT: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week FT : 3 -12 hour shifts per week 📅 Rotating Holidays & Weekends

This role is an essential member of the care team, performing both clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🩹 Requirements: • BLS certification within 1 month of hire • PCA competencies completed within 3 months ✅ Qualifications: Education: • High School Diploma or G.E.D • CNA/CPTC or • Enrolled in a healthcare career program (including high school programs) • Mercy co-workers encouraged to apply
