Estimator Responsibilities:
- Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
- Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
- Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP
- Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication & time management skills. • Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders. • Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change. • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards Potential annual earnings: $60,000-$85,000 This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
