At CBH Homes, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and confident communicator to join our Customer Care team! In this role, you'll be a key part of the homeowner experience after closing, helping homeowners navigate warranty requests, coordinating repairs, and working alongside our trade partners to keep things moving. We're looking for someone who doesn't just respond to problems but takes initiative, follows through, and makes things happen! This isn't your typical customer service role. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email
- Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests
- Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly
- Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction
- Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best holiday parties in town!
