Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain interactive Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, capacity, security and executive reporting.
- Build dashboards with alerts, variables, templates, drill-downs and real-time/historical visualisations .
- Integrate Grafana with multiple data sources using REST APIs and custom connectors .
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and perform data transformation and modelling.
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modelling and reporting requirements.
- Automate dashboard deployments using Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines .
- Troubleshoot dashboard/data issues and optimise performance.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable dashboard solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard development
- REST API / Custom Connector development
- ETL/ELT and data integration
- Microsoft Dataverse / Data Modelling
- Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD
- SQL and KQL
- Programming/scripting exposure to Python, PowerShell or C#/.NET
Good to Have
- Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch
- Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Azure Data Factory / Azure Functions
- Microsoft Power Platform
- ServiceNow / ITSM integrations
- Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in BFSI or other regulated environments
