You will learn to run timelines, people and communication on live client work, not a simulation. Within a few months you should be able to run a small project's update call with a client yourself. Help build project plans, schedules and task breakdowns for client engagements Track progress across design, development and content, and spot where work is stuck Prepare project reports and keep documentation current, for clients and for the team Learn to run a client update call: what to report, and what to leave out Use a project tool such as Trello, Asana or Jira to keep activity visible Change priority when a client does, without dropping what was already promised
