You will own testing for a feature or a small client build, from test plan to sign-off. Where an intern helps, you decide when something is ready to ship and when it is not. Write and manage a full set of test cases for a feature or a build Decide when a bug is a blocker and when it can wait for the next release Bring test status to daily QA stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews Own regression testing before a release, not just the new feature Log bugs precisely enough that a developer never needs to ask what happened Suggest one change to how we test, and see it through
