Summary We are recruiting a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising initiatives across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This role is critical for generating qualified leads and sales while ensuring maximum return on investment through rigorous data analysis and strategic testing. The successful candidate will manage campaign budgets, coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets, and continuously refine strategies to improve key performance indicators such as cost per lead and conversion rates in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to meet specific performance targets. Monitor campaign metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to drive continuous optimization and cost efficiency. Conduct comprehensive A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and offers to identify high-performing strategies. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with target demographics. Analyze campaign data to generate detailed performance reports and recommend actionable improvements. Identify and scale winning campaigns to maximize lead generation and sales growth. Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising. Requirements Requirements: Possess 0-1 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field. Demonstrate a solid understanding of core digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Show proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Exhibit strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data to formulate actionable marketing strategies. Display excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
