Responsibilities Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts for various media platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, and print materials. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and translate briefs into compelling visual stories that align with client objectives. Prepare and finalize design files for production, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and brand guidelines. Participate in creative meetings and provide constructive feedback to support the development of innovative design solutions. Conduct research on current design trends, competitor visuals, and industry standards to inform creative strategies. Perform basic image editing, retouching, and layout adjustments to enhance the quality of visual assets. Requirements Requirements: A fresh graduate or recent completion of a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A strong foundational understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A demonstrated passion for visual storytelling and a portfolio showcasing creative design work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. A willingness to learn, adapt to new tools, and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
