About the job
We are looking for a performance-driven Content Creator cum Digital Marketer who can both run the campaign and make the creative that goes in it. You will plan and optimise Meta ad campaigns end to end, and shoot and edit the Reels, Shorts, and product videos that carry our AI and SaaS products — DBOMS and Voixt among them — to the people who need them. Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns — targeting, budgets, and ongoing optimisation

- Design ad creatives that convert: static images, videos, and Reels
- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, and product videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Spot social media trends early and turn the right ones into brand growth and engagement
- Read campaign performance honestly and optimise for ROI and conversions, not vanity metrics
- Work with product and leadership so marketing pulls in the same direction as the business
- One to three years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads)
- Able to create, run, and optimise ad campaigns independently, from brief to report
- Video creation and editing experience for social media — Reels and Shorts in particular
- A good feel for trend analysis and creative content strategy
- Clear communication, and the confidence to present and defend an idea
