About the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Faculty member to deliver engaging and effective live classes, simplify concepts for students, and support their academic progress through high-quality online teaching. Key responsibilities
• Conduct engaging live online classes for students
- Conduct engaging live online classes for students
- Explain concepts clearly and simplify complex topics
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and address student queries
- Track student performance and provide timely feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice questions
- Monitor student participation, attendance, and academic progress
- Conduct tests and review student performance
- Use online teaching tools effectively to deliver interactive classes
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes
- Maintain a positive and motivating online learning environment
