The role Own routine client communication and follow-through, connecting the business objective to a clear brief and keeping the client informed of decisions and next steps. What you will do - Capture client requirements, clarify missing information and record decisions and approvals. - Coordinate briefs and feedback with the delivery team, keeping responsibilities clear. - Track commitments and share accurate progress updates, raising risks early. - Close the loop on revisions and agreed actions while preserving functional quality review.
