The Shift Leader serves as the senior operations leader for the facility during their assigned shift and is accountable for the overall performance of plant floor operations. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to Production Supervisors and Team Leads, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of the production plan while achieving objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development.
The Shift Leader drives operational excellence through strong leadership, workforce engagement, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. As a visible leader, this position promotes the company's values and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, integrity, and employee development.
