Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement across production operations. This position leads front-line supervisors and production teams to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader who can develop high-performing teams, solve complex operational challenges, and drive results through Lean manufacturing principles. You will partner closely with Quality, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure production objectives are met while supporting TPI's commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
