Experience: 1-3 years
Perform instrument calibration and prepare calibration reports. Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and identify problems in sensors, transmitters, control valves, and signal wiring. Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems. Understand and work with P&ID, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and hook-up drawings. Perform loop checking and assist with commissioning activities. Check 4–20 mA, 24 VDC, digital signals, and analogue I/O. Follow plant safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and maintenance standards. Maintain documentation such as inspection reports, calibration records, and maintenance history.
