Manager - Logistics, Stores & Warehouse

• Receive, check and store incoming materials properly.

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records .
• Issue materials to the production line as per requirement.
• Manage loading, unloading and movement of materials.
• Ensure proper identification, storage and handling of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
• Manage finished goods storage and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Logistics and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock and dispatch records.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and support inventory audits.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and 5S.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Stores, Warehouse or Logistics.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Stores, Warehouse or Logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and material management.
• Experience with ERP/software and MS Excel preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical material movement and warehouse activities.
• Willing to work in shifts, if required.
• Freshers are NOT eligible.
