Operator – Production Line Company: Solarium Green Energy Limited Location: Miroli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 1 Year Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma About the Role We are looking for experienced and skilled Production Line Operators to operate machines and manage the solar panel manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities
• Operate production-line machines safely and efficiently.
- Operate production-line machines safely and efficiently.
- Set and adjust machine parameters as required.
- Monitor the production process and machine performance.
- Identify machine or process problems and inform the supervisor.
- Check product quality during production.
- Maintain production targets and minimize wastage.
- Follow SOPs, safety and 5S practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Record production and basic machine information.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Production Operator.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Production Operator.
- Must have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machines .
- Experience in solar module manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes and machine operation.
- Should be able to identify basic machine/process issues.
- Must be comfortable working in shifts.
- Freshers are NOT eligible.
- Skilled and experienced candidates will be preferred.
