Job Description Department:Production Designation:Officer –MDI Production Working Section: MDI Production

· To comply with all cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.

· To complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking the task.

· To conduct all the tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs.

· Shall be responsible to observe any difficulty or deviation during machine/operation/ procedures written instructions shall be report to immediate Supervisor/ Manager.

· To report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to immediate Supervisor/Managers.

· To coordinate with cross functional teams for smooth execution of production plan at shop floor.

· Drive 5S and KAIZEN culture in L030.

· Identification of Lean Waste and OEE Losses and workout action plan to eliminate them.

· Delivering and coordinating WCM trainings to concerned persons.

· Day-to-day tracking of pillar progress of WCM and support TPM initiatives in L030 plant

· Initiative of Capacity improvement project to optimize Capacity Utilization.

· Occupancy Calculation of MDI plant to identify bottleneck area and optimization of Manpower Utilization.

· To reduce cost of Good Manufacturing of Finished Goods by identifying and drive cost and Yield Improvement projects.

· To supervise the Checkweigher, Spray test machine, Sticker labelling machine, Printing and scanning with tamper evident system, cartoning machine, canister and actuator assembling machine, Carton Aggregation System, shipper sealing machine, stretch banding machine, label counting machine etc

· Shall be responsible to receive and verify consumables from engineering store.

· Shall be responsible to prepare disinfectant solution as per respective SOP.

· Shall be responsible to clean, sanitize and maintain the MDI packing area as per respective SOPs.

· Shall be responsible to update status labels of equipment, instrument and process & Non process areas to comply with the GMP requirements.

· Shall be responsible for receipt, verification, reconciliation of primary packing material and secondary packing material as per Batch Packing Record.

· Shall be responsible to follow current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation practices at workplace.

Shall be responsible to record in-process and process parameters of batch/equipment in logbook and BMR /BPR whenever necessary
