Job Description:
- This position is responsible for overall Quality Control functions at the site. This position works closely with other organizational functions (like QA, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, RA, R & D, Corporate QA etc.) for ensuring timely release or rejection of Input Materials/Products (RM/PM/Consumables etc.) & Submission of Analytical data.
- Adherence to data reliability, accountability and consistency & data governance procedure and ensuring the compliance in the department through the established/written procedures/policies.
- Management and upkeep of resources/ equipment /assets / instrument in the department and ensuring the compliance level.
- Ensuring the compliance, GLP, GMP (Good documentation & chromatographic practices) requirements in functioning of quality control laboratory.
- Setting KRAs/goals for sub-ordinates, monitoring and guide them to complete the KRAs/goals. Performance review identifying the training and development needs of all staff and fulfill it.
- Budgeting for Capital expenses and Operating expenses. Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and time scale.
Work Experience 18-20 years
Education Post Graduation in Chemistry Graduation in Pharmacy
