About the job
- Understand customer application requirements and map them to Rohde & Schwarz solution.
- Demonstrate product capability relevant to customer needs.
- Identify and recommend white papers, application notes, or other applicable content to customers.
- Refer opportunities to sales per company processes.
- Perform product/application remote demonstrations.
- Provide basic hardware/software test engineering support to meet customer challenges.
- Compose written instructions on technical topics, solutions, and applications stemming from common support incidents.
- Document and report unexpected behavior (bug) to product management and product development.
