Behavioral Therapist
Summary: The Behavioral Therapist in the KV - KOVE department is responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with behavioral disorders. They work closely with clients to develop treatment plans and implement behavioral strategies to improve their quality of life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral issues
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior modification techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- 4 years of experience in behavioral therapy
- Licensed Behavioral Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
