• Team leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of 2 internal marketers, driving daily output and quality.
• Goals and analytics: Define marketing OKRs, build the analytics dashboard, and track pipeline metrics, attribution, and channel performance.
• Organic content engine: Turn complex legal, tax, and financial subject matter into clear, high-signal narratives for founders and finance leaders.

• Independent practitioners only: We want an experienced operator embedded in the business, not an agency account manager.
