• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements and applicable Sharjah Municipality regulations, and keep the hub audit-ready at all times.

• Plan hourly manpower allocation and shift rosters based on forecasts and actual volumes, and ensure clear shift handovers.

• Enforce site cleanliness, hygiene, pest-control standards and safe working practices, including correct use of PPE.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse, dark-store or e-commerce operations, preferably in grocery or time-sensitive (quick-commerce) fulfilment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading Supervisors and frontline teams across multiple shifts, ideally teams of 40 or more.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, cold-chain operations and food safety.
