Company Description UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Microsoft Fabric Technical Consultant to implement scalable customer-data foundation. The role will focus on rebuilding the Dynamics 365 data setup, configuring customer unification, developing measures and segments, and enabling audience activation.
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Configure Dynamics 365 tables, schemas, data relationships, ingestion, and transformation logic.
- Implement customer matching, deduplication, and unique identification rules.
- Configure unified customer profiles in Customer Insights.
- Design and configure customer measures/KPIs using available Customer Insights data.
- Build and test up dynamic customer segments based on agreed business rules.
- Prepare configuration and solution-design documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Data, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Data, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience delivering customer-data-platform or single-customer-view implementations.
- Familiarity with digital advertising integration and customer-data privacy requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data.
- Strong knowledge of customer unification, matching, deduplication, and identity resolution.
- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data models and ingestion processes.
- Experience developing Customer Insights measures and high-volume segmentation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data transformation, and integration architecture.
- Experience configuring digital advertising or audience-activation connectors.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder-management, and knowledge-transfer skills.
