Key Responsibilities: · Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards · Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs · Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels · Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment · Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed
