• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments • Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs • Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors • Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions • Prepare quotes and confidently close sales • Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract • Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand What We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income. Successful candidates will have:

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills • A proven ability to build trust and sell value • A competitive, self-motivated mindset • Professional appearance and attitude • A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required.
