Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Maryland Job Summary We are hiring an LCSW-C who wants to focus on thoughtful, client-centered therapy without the demands of in-person care. This role is built around steady virtual sessions, clear clinical expectations, and the ability to support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care in a consistent remote environment. Responsibilities
• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms

- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Monitor client progress across sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience providing mental health therapy
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable working fully remote
