Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: California Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits Position Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides short-term, solution-focused therapy to adults within a primary care environment. This position supports the delivery of accessible, evidence-based mental health care across the Oakland community, with a focus on collaboration and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intake assessments and deliver brief, structured therapy.

- Coordinate treatment planning with medical providers and behavioral health staff.
- Offer culturally responsive care and participate in case consultations.
- Facilitate group sessions as assigned.
- Manage documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW license in good standing
- Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation skills and understanding of clinical charting requirements
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
