Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote position. You will provide therapy to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns and manage the clinical responsibilities that come with each case. The role includes client sessions, assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and documentation. Responsibilities
• Provide therapy sessions through telehealth

- Complete assessments and review client concerns
- Develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide ongoing counseling to individuals, families, and groups
- Monitor client progress and update treatment when needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes
• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
- LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
• 2 weeks PTO.
