Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – New Jersey Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits This position is for an LCSW who is comfortable managing client care while working with families, caregivers, and other professionals when needed. You will review each case carefully, make clinical decisions based on the client’s situation, and help ensure that care remains organized and appropriate. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage ongoing cases with professionalism and consistency. Key Responsibilities
• Meet with new and returning clients
- Meet with new and returning clients
- Review changes in a client’s condition, needs, or support system
- Update care plans when circumstances change
- Communicate with family members or caregivers when appropriate
- Work with other professionals involved in the client’s care
- Maintain clear and complete clinical records
- Stay current with professional standards and clinical best practices
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
- Clinical judgment and treatment planning expertise.
