Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Delaware Full-Time Remote Position Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Work This role is centered on helping clients manage the personal, emotional, and social issues that can affect their mental health. As an LCSW, you will look beyond symptoms alone and consider factors such as family relationships, work stress, living situations, support systems, and access to resources. You will provide ongoing therapy, manage your assigned cases, and connect clients with additional services when their needs extend beyond counseling. Your Clinical Focus
• Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions
- Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and gather relevant background information
- Identify social, emotional, and environmental factors affecting each case
- Help clients work through stress, relationship difficulties, adjustment concerns, and other life challenges
- Determine when outside resources, referrals, or additional services may be useful
- Maintain organized and confidential client records
- Follow Delaware requirements for licensed clinical social work practice
• Active Delaware LCSW license required
- Active Delaware LCSW license required
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
