Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – New Jersey Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year The Role This position is for an LCSW who will work with clients across New Jersey through telehealth. You may be supporting a teen struggling at school, an adult dealing with stress or depression, a couple working through conflict, or a family trying to manage a difficult transition. What You’ll Handle
• Meet with adults, teens, couples, and families through virtual appointments
- Meet with adults, teens, couples, and families through virtual appointments
- Review personal, family, and social history when beginning care
- Help clients work through emotional, relationship, and day-to-day concerns
- Record key clinical information in the EHR
- Recognize when outside resources or additional services may be useful
- Communicate with other professionals involved in the client’s care when appropriate
- Respond to changes in client needs or safety concerns
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
- Practice in accordance with New Jersey LCSW requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey .
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
- Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.

- Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
