Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Vermont Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver therapy services to adults through a fully remote model. This position is ideal for clinicians who value clear expectations, steady caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapy without in-person clinic demands. Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews
- Document sessions according to compliance requirements
- Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate
- Adhere to Vermont LICSW scope of practice
• Active Vermont LICSW license
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Prior clinical therapy experience
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• 2 weeks PTO
- 2 weeks PTO
- Health insurance coverage
- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
