Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Remote Location: Vermont Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services to adults across Vermont. You'll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and other mental health concerns. Your role will include understanding each client's needs, providing ongoing counseling, and helping them work toward their treatment goals. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Responsibilities
• Hold confidential video appointments with adults receiving outpatient mental health treatment.

- Review psychiatric histories, current symptoms, and psychosocial factors to determine clinical needs.
- Apply established psychotherapy methods to help clients manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.
- Set treatment priorities, assess client responses, and determine when changes in care are warranted.
- Maintain complete and timely records of clinical encounters in the electronic health record system.
- Assess potential risks, address safety concerns, and follow appropriate intervention protocols.
- Connect clients with psychiatric services, community programs, or other resources when indicated.
- Maintain professional standards consistent with Vermont LICSW licensing requirements and applicable privacy laws.
• Active Vermont LICSW license
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Prior clinical therapy experience
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
