Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Hawaii Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits About the Opportunity We are looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Hawaii. This opportunity is a strong fit for a therapist who values meaningful client connections, professional autonomy, and a consistent work structure. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients while being part of a practice that values quality care, clinical responsibility, and a thoughtful approach to mental health support. Key Duties
• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform

- Establish treatment goals and adjust care plans based on client progress
- Support clients working through emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions
- Determine when referrals or additional services may be beneficial
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow Hawaii licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

- An active Hawaii LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
