• Deliver personalized therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, based on each client’s specific needs. • Work closely with a team of compassionate mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care. • Keep detailed records of client progress to ensure treatment plans stay relevant and effective. • Stay engaged with ongoing learning and evolving mental health practices to continually enhance your care. Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits. Requirements
• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

- Active licensure as an LMHC (or an equivalent certification).
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
