Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Job Details Location: Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LMHC position is centered on providing practical, consistent mental health support to clients who need a safe and structured space to work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges. You will conduct therapy sessions online, help clients understand patterns affecting their day-to-day life, and guide them toward healthier coping skills and treatment goals. Responsibilities
• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled mental health counseling sessions

- Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
- Build individualized care plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers
- Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment challenges
- Update clinical records after sessions with accurate and organized notes
- Review client progress and adjust treatment direction when clinically appropriate
- Recognize risk indicators and respond according to legal, ethical, and company procedures
• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
- Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Previous experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and reliability
- Must have a private, secure workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
