Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) | Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year We are looking for independently licensed therapists in Florida who want a steady remote schedule and more time to focus on clients. This is a full-time telehealth role with no evening, weekend, or on-call work. You will provide CBT-based therapy, keep your notes and records up to date, and take part in case discussions when needed. The goal is to keep the role straightforward so most of your time is spent on clinical work rather than unnecessary administrative tasks. What You’ll Do
• Meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions • Provide CBT-based therapy based on client needs • Keep progress notes and clinical records current • Take part in case consultations when needed • Complete required clinical training • Follow Florida licensing, privacy, and professional standards Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts Requirements
• Active FL license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Active FL license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Minimum 1 year independently licensed
- Familiarity with virtual care delivery is preferred
