Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPMHC, LICSW) Location: Delaware Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Position Overview We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPMHC, LICSW) in Delaware to provide outpatient therapy through telehealth. This position carries responsibility for an assigned adult caseload and includes intake, ongoing treatment, clinical documentation, and case follow-up. The role requires sound clinical judgment, independent case management, and consistent communication with clients and other members of the care team. Key Responsibilities
• Manage an assigned caseload of adult clients
- Manage an assigned caseload of adult clients
- Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
- Complete diagnostic documentation and required clinical records
- Review changes in symptoms, functioning, or level of risk
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
- Comply with Delaware licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active MHC license in the state of Delaware
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills
