Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Mississippi We have an opening for a Mississippi-licensed LPC to provide remote counseling on a full-time schedule. The position involves working with adults and/or adolescents who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or major changes in their personal lives. You will be responsible for your own appointments, clinical notes, and follow-up with clients throughout the course of care. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Work Setting: Remote/Telehealth Typical work includes:
• Meeting with clients through scheduled video sessions
- Meeting with clients through scheduled video sessions
- Completing intake interviews and reviewing client history
- Discussing the main concerns bringing clients to counseling
- Helping clients work through emotional and behavioral issues
- Recording session details and keeping files current
- Following up on changes or concerns between visits
- Referring clients for other services when needed
- Following Mississippi licensing, privacy, and telehealth requirements
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi
- At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred
- Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems
