• Location : 333 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 • Dates: Monday 2 – Monday 23 November 2026 (rotating roster) • Pay: $34.76/hour + super (Mon-Fri) | $41.72/hour + super (Sat) | $48.67/hour + super (Sun) About the role We’re looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to help run two luxury retail pop-up stores in Sydney’s CBD in November. The work is a mix of moving boxes, setting up the store, serving customers, and packing everything away. You can choose which days and shifts suit you. What you’ll do:
• Lift and move boxes
- Lift and move boxes
- Set up and arrange the store
- Help customers, work the fitting rooms and cashiering
- Pack stock away and clear the space
• Unpacking (bump-in): moving boxes of stock into the venue. • Set-up: arranging the store, such as displays, racks and stock. • Shop floor (sales): helping customers, working the fitting rooms and cashiering. • Repacking: putting stock back into boxes after the sale. • Packing up (bump-out and outbound): taking down displays and moving boxes out of the venue. Shifts Week 1: Unpacking and set-up
- Mon 2 Nov: Unpacking, 6:00PM-11:30PM
- Tue 3 Nov: Set-up, 9:00AM-7:00PM
- Wed 4 Nov: Set-up, 9:00AM-7:00PM
Week 1: Shop floor
- Thu 5 Nov: Finish set-up, then shop floor, 10:00AM-2:00PM and 1:00PM-7:30PM
- Fri 6 Nov: Shop floor, 7:30AM-2:00PM and 1:00PM-7:30PM
Weekend 7 to 9 Nov: Repacking and packing up
- Sat 7 Nov: Repacking, 9:00AM-7:00PM
- Sun 8 Nov: Repacking, 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Mon 9 Nov: Packing up, 4:00AM-10:00AM, and unpacking for the next event, 6:00PM-9:00PM
Week 2: Unpacking and set-up for the second event
- Tue 10 Nov: Unpacking, 5:00AM-11:00AM and 12:00PM-5:00PM
- Wed 11 Nov: Unpacking, 5:00AM-11:00AM, and set-up, 10:00AM-7:00PM
- Thu 12 and Fri 13 Nov: Set-up, 9:00AM-7:00PM
- Sat 14 and Sun 15 Nov: Set-up, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Weeks 3 and 4: Shop floor
- Mon 16 and Tue 17 Nov: 7:30AM-2:00PM and 1:00PM-7:30PM
- Wed 18 to Fri 20 Nov: 8:00AM-2:00PM and 1:00PM-7:30PM
- Sat 21 Nov: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Final days: Packing up
• Sun 22 and Mon 23 Nov: Moving stock out, 9:00AM-7:00PM • Tue 24 Nov: Final pack-down of the venue, 9:00AM-7:00PM Requirements What you need
• Reliable and on time • Able to lift boxes and be on your feet all day • Friendly, proactive and professional • Comfortable closed-toe shoes for all shifts except shop floor • All black pants for shop floor shifts • Available for the shifts you apply for, including some early starts and late finishes • Retail, events or customer service experience is a bonus Benefits Why join us
